Daxi and Dali Meet-Up Event

To make up for the limited time our volunteers and children meet online each week, we periodically organize meet-up events. Today, volunteers from Kang Chiao and Wego arrived at Daxi Elementary School. This is the first time these volunteers and children have met in person. Shy at first, the children quickly warmed up as they played scavenger games, (you have to know English to win, of course) basketball and tee-ball. The busy day was filled with joy and laughter.

Through such meet-up events, we hope our volunteers and the children can strengthen their special bonds, not only making our virtual lessons more effective but also allowing us to better achieve our purpose of providing care and long-term companionship.
